Conversion of Negative Gearing Properties into Positive Ones

6 Aug

Is there any good thing in keeping negative gearing properties?

Some people do keep it, but I don’t know why.  If the property is in some remote areas, then we can understand that it is due to unavailability of people to take it on rent, but in certain cases even in urban areas the property lies useless.

My friend had a property in a remote area.  He was in search of some good people who would take good care of the property and also pay the rent on timely basis.  It was a difficult job to get such a renter in a remote area, but this tough job was made easy by two people, Paul and Karen.

Afraid of this property becoming a negative gearing one, he approached Paul and Karen and both of them found a very good renter.  His property thus become home for his renters and the property remained safe as Paul and Karen had taken complete responsibility of the property as well as the renters.

Negative gearing properties, if you have then contact Paul and Karen and they will find a suitable renter for you within no time.
