I have got transfer to a nearby city and had been allotted quarters to stay in.  It is less than six months that I had purchased a house and leaving it unattended was a difficult job, as by the time I would have to return the house will require maintenance.  Then I decided to give it to someone so that apart from the house being kept clean, positive cash flow is also generated.

Now days, most of the people have more money and they keep on investing in properties, but at times they don’t take much care of it leading to the property being a negative gearing one.

Of what use could such a property be?

I don’t like properties remaining idle and if anyone around / known to me is keeping their property idle, I always suggest them to give it on rent or utilize it in any other best way possible.  After all, it is an investment and how good it would be if it is possible to convert a negative gearing property into a positive gearing one.
